Nervous as can be(but unsure why) I crossed the Matthews Bridge into downtown in a thick fog on my way to the River Run. All and all it was a fun time running through 15k of Jacksonville in a thick thick thick thick fog. My favorite part of the race was winding through the beautiful neighborhoods seeing everyone out on their lawns cheering. Special thanks to the woman who hosed me down with her garden hose. It definitely was refreshing. Next year I think I'll run faster in the beginning because I had plenty of energy left at the finish line. My goal was to finish under 1:35 Here are my times.....

Hi there terrific website! Does running a blog like this require a
great deal of work? I have absolutely no understanding
of coding but I had been hoping to start my own blog in the near future.
Anyhow, should you have any recommendations or tips for new
blog owners please share. I understand this
is off topic nevertheless I simply had to ask. Kudos!
